We process a full range of authentic German sausages, pates and cold cuts using our own secret recipes. We offer also offer fresh cuts of pork, chicken, lamb, veal and beef. All the meats we process are raised here on our farm. We supply all the meat for our restaurant and offer a retail store front at our shop with hours listed below. We also do a weekly trip to Fredericton for pre-ordered pickup at Gallery78 – please call ahead if you’d like to meet us there.

Saturday: 8:00pm – 2:00pm
